This ring features a 14mmx14mm cushion-shaped "Doublet" stone (Flat turquoise bottom with a rose-cut cabochon clear quartz affixed atop the turquoise). The original pave' diamond vine like gallery and shank come up to curved vine prongs alternating round and marquis shapes with hand millgrain throughout.

Versions are available in various semi-precious rose-cut gemstaones & other doublets including a ruby doublet featured.
